ท่านสามารถขอคืนเงินได้เฉพาะกรณีที่มีเหตุอันควรเท่านั้น และจะต้องขอคืนก่อนวันงานไม่น้อยกว่า 7 วัน

โดยหลังจากพ้นกำหนดแล้ว ทาง CosNatsu ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนเงินทุกกรณี

• เหตุผลในการขอคืนบัตร Early Bird
• หมายเลข Order ID
• รูปบัตร Early Bird ที่ระบบส่งไปยัง Email ของท่าน
• บัตรประชาชน ซึ่งมีชื่อตรงกับบัตร Early Bird ของท่าน
• เลขบัญชีและธนาคารสำหรับการโอนเงินคืน

• Email : [email protected] หัวข้อ “ขอคืนบัตร Early Bird”

หลังจากที่คำขอของท่านได้รับการอนุมัติ ทางทีมงานจะคืนเงินให้ภายใน 3 วัน

ทั้งนี้ ท่านจะได้รับเงินคืนเฉพาะค่าบัตร Early Bird เท่านั้น ไม่รวมถึงค่าธรรมเนียมในการชำระเงินซึ่งอาจรวมอยู่ในราคาบัตรตอนท่านสั่งซื้อ

Refund can be proceeded only with reasonable cause and Refund must be requested at least 7 days before the event date.

Apart from the mentioned period and conditions, CosNatsu reserves rights to decline the request.

• Early Bird Ticket files / Screenshot sent to your email
• ID card / Passport matching with your Early Bird Ticket
• Account number and bank name for proceed the refund

After your request is approved, the refund will be proceed within 3 days.

The refund are excluding from the payment fee which is combined in total ticket prices.
